It's Sunday here. Normally I spend the day journalling, cleaning, and spoiling myself at home. Of late I've been diving into learning new digital skills such as Canva and working with AI. (So far all my written content on here is 100% me, I'll put appropriate disclosures on the content that is AI generated.)
Today's image is one I created in Canva, inspired by THHGTTG's introductory words Don't Panic. I find today's motto reassuring. After a day of studying and practicing, doing a few chores, and having my first at-home spa day in weeks I'm reflecting on how it's never too late. It's never too late to apologize to people we hurt. It's never too late to start a new adventure or journey. It's never too late to try something we've wanted to. 2020 Mikey never dreamed that 2024 Mikey would technically be starting a business that uses AI, social media, and software to design things. It's never too late to take care of your neglected version and step into the best things ahead.
I feel good. I feel satisfied. I feel content. After waking up feeling a bit put out by some things about being a human, this is a great ending to a day of mindfulness and self care.
